？ 管理C&B相关的政策

？ 负责员工绩效考核

？ 负责相关福利政策的跟进

？ 负责公司的相关政策管理

？ HR 相关项目的推进

？ 本科以上学历，专业不限

？ 英语能基本读写

？ 良好的沟通和表达能力，人际交往能力

？ 能熟练使用办公软件，并懂得相关的函数操作和技巧

Job Description *

1. Manage the part of C&B in personnel administration subject;

2. Ensure on-time and correct C&B data;

3. Distributes information on and explains benefits programs such as medical, life, social insurance, housing fund, and workers’ compensation plans to employees and dependents.

4. Ensure all of regulation of company accord with state laws.

5. Push and complete HR C&B project on time.

Job requirement

1) 3 year work experience in HR C&B related filed

2) Typically requires a Bachelor degree or above

3) Good Write and Read English skill; CET-4 above， oral English is a prefer

4) Good communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills;

5) Familiar with word. PPT, and excel
